PJRY-SH燒(shao)結爐(lu)采用不銹鋼爐(lu)體雙層(ceng)水冷(leng)套結構，處理(li)材料全部采用金(jin)屬(shu)電阻加熱，通過輻(fu)射從加熱器直接(jie)傳向(xiang)被加熱工(gong)件(jian)。加壓(ya)壓(ya)頭可根據工(gong)藝要(yao)求(qiu)采用TZM（鈦鋯鉬）合金或CFC高強度碳碳復合纖維制成，在(zai)高溫下對工件施加(jia)壓力(li)，壓力(li)可達800噸
